My name is Tim Castellani.

I'm a bass player that's been performing most of my life... I've worked with some incredible bands... ...and been involved with some unique projects, including rock operas & dance performances....

I grew up in Upstate, New York --

...an area rich with excellent players & musical families... After many years of classical trumpet, I moved on to bass guitar. From eclectic jam sessions in basements, to playing parties & clubs, I was being primed for the crazy musical adventure waiting for me at Syracuse University --

...and then came Yosemite Quick...

My years at Syracuse were about rock. Boom! Yosemite Quick just happened! Spontaneous musical combustion. We were an ensemble and the ride was on full-tilt... no holds barred...

We All Moved to Seattle...

It was the 90's. The music scene in Seattle was magnetic. The atmosphere fused east coast edge with west coast mellow. It was alive with places to see and hear bands play, where aspiring bands could get their start. Milk and Money thrived.

See Dick Drive played rock and had some good times with great friends... we built a recording studio: Spin Reel Studios... and we were about enjoying the road-trip...

New Meets Old Meets Something Else Entirely...

Diana Moves, the musical, emerged: some songs from Yosemite Quick days, some new songs telling a story; actors, musicians, videographers, playwrights and more... workshops, showcases & runs at various Seattle theaters...an exciting opportunity for many talented people to stretch and do something different...

Games & Puppets & Dancers --

I've created music for an interactive game room, and for puppets... I've also performed live with dance groups, making my debut as a singer... projects that were all about being creative and playing and making music where the energy is in the moment --
